Performance Based Internet Web Presence Option
Don Podwin - March 13 2007
Our performance-based search engine optimization format option is based on our skills in increasing the number of ‘unique visitors’ to your site. You engage us to optimize and promote your website using all means at our disposal.
It is performance based because you only pay for the number of new inquiries that we generate. The cost varies on a per site basis due to your company’s current Internet presence and company requirements.
Terminology:
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Strategies and tactics undertaken to influence the rankings of web pages in search engine results
Hits:

Visitors:
A count of both the unique visitors and the returning visitors to your site.
Unique Visitors:
A count of new individual users who have accessed your web site.

Summary
You will let a team of specialists manage your web presence.
You pay only for results.
Costs:
1. No upfront cost to you.
2. Cost of amount paid per unique visitor will be negotiated and depend
upon our evaluation of your company, your market and current website.
3. Existing Google pay per click ad campaign monthly unique visitor
hits will be subtracted from the unique visitor count. Google ad-word
campaign unique visitor hits paid for by Mimbee Multi Media will be
included in monthly unique hit count.
4. If a client wishes to finance a Google ad word campaign the cost
will be negotiated at that time.
Your Time:
1. A phone call or email will initiate the process and let us analyze
your web presence, that of your competition and your market. If we
feel we can assist your company we will contact you to schedule a meeting.
If we feel we cannot help you we will advise you why this is so.
2. In order for us to understand your company an initial meeting of
2-3 hours will be required. We have to understand your systems, products,
services and future growth areas. Future meetings will have to be scheduled
as we work together but are of a shorter duration.
3. If you have office staff handling your daily uploads and alterations
we will work with them. If you wish us to handle that area arrangements
can be made with us.
4. Reports must be sent to us with regard to the level of business
increase of your company with special attention paid to product sold,
services, and geographical locations of purchasers
Contract Payment Basis:
1. First we review the performance statistics of your present site for
the last 12 months.
2. The average number of unique visitors per month is determined
and this becomes the base line.
3. After our services are initiated each month’s unique visitor count
will be recorded from your statistical summary. The difference between
the base line number and the current number will determine what you pay
each month.
4. Example: If you currently receive an average of 500 unique visitors
per month and we increase that to 1000 the next month you would pay 500
times the agreed upon amount. If the amount were .20 cents per unique visitor
your cost would be $100.00 for that month.

Note the difference between unique visitors, number of visits and hits. The number of visits is a log of people who have visited the site in the past including those returning. The unique visitors log is the number of new people visiting the site. The hits are the number of ‘items’ on each page as the site is viewed.
5. The contract will be long term with a buy out of our services due at
cancellation. The buy out fee will be agreed to before a contract is signed
and will vary according to time periods and performance. Our considerations
shall be the difficulty of increasing your web presence, the competitiveness
of the market and the number of long-term strategies we will have to put
into place. The minimum contract buy out amount is presently $1000.00.
6. Performance by Mimbee Multimedia shall be judged after a three
month time period. If no increase in unique visitors is noted then the
client has the option of revoking the contract with no payment due with
regard to the buy out clause.
7. The contract will be based upon relevant keyword search terms
for your industry that are agreed upon before initiating the contract.
8. We do not provide services for direct competitors without your
written permission.
